Property Law

Property law is the area of law that governs the various forms of ownership and tenancy in real property (land as distinct from personal or movable possessions) and in personal property, within the common law legal system. In the civil law system, there is a division between movable and immovable property.

Reisa completed the Law School’s In-Service Training requirements under the guidance of a prominent Criminal Attorney but subsequently interned at Caribbean Commercial Law Chambers during the period May-August 2014 and joined the Chambers on November 11, 2016 upon her admission to practice.

Ms. King obtained her Bachelors of Law Degree (LLB) in 2008 as an external student with the University of London. In July 2012 she graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School, where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate.
