Jean-Louis Alexandre Kelly entered private practice on November 1, 2010 and formally joined Caribbean Commercial Law Chambers on that date after a period of internship.

Jean-Louis read for the bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of the West Indies and graduated with Honours in 2008. In July 2010, he graduated from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School on the Principal’s Roll of Honour.

Jean Louis was awarded the Council of Legal Education’s prize in 2010 for “Best Overall Student” on account of his academic performance, his involvement in several student associations and his service as the Vice President of the Students’ Representative Council.

Prior to entering into practice, Jean-Louis served an internship at Caribbean Commercial Law Chambers.

Jean-Louis’ main areas of interest are Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Employment Law, as well as non-contentious matters including Estates (Probate) and Real Property (Conveyancing).
